Thornbury Appliance Repairs

When you engage the services of Appliance Fix, you’re dealing with a company that is refreshingly different to the norm. Our pricing is simple and clear, without any confusing pricing levels or conditions.

One call out service fee of $159 plus cost of parts is all most people need to pay. Most repair jobs are completed within half an hour, but if your Appliance Fix technician does need to return to finish the repair you will only be charged in 15-minute lots.

If your appliance cannot be repaired and requires replacement, we can provide a quote for supply and installation, and get you back up and running in no time!

With over 15 years industry experience as an Electrician and having worked for a market leading appliance manufacturer in both technical and customer service roles, Appliance Fix director Kieron Bibby decided it was time to take the plunge and start his own company.

Kieron identified that there was a gap in the market for an Electrical Appliance Repair company that were not only technically astute but equally client focused.

With that in mind, Kieron started Appliance Fix and his goal was clear; to fill the gap in the market with a company whose:

• Charges were upfront and easy to understand
• Technicians arrive when they say they will
• Technicians are trained in customer service and were well presented
• First time fix rate was above 85%
