Surrey Hills Appliance Repairs – Appliance Fix
Appliance Fix should be top of your list for all Surrey Hills appliance repairs.
To keep the process simple and fair for everyone, we offer a transparent flat callout fee and provide repairs and replacement services all across Greater Melbourne.
We here at Appliance Fix know how important it is to make sure your appliances keep working for you – every day.
It’s not just big-ticket appliances that need urgent repairs. The Appliance Fix team is quick to revive those “small but mighty” gadgets, such as coffee machines and rangehoods. Nobody should ever have to go without their morning cup of sunshine, especially in our great city of Melbourne!
Being an authorised repair agent for most major manufacturers comes with lots of benefits for our customers. Quick and cost-efficient access to genuine parts makes it easy to provide fast, high-quality repairs that are backed by both Appliance Fix and the manufacturers themselves (see our website for more information about guarantees on repairs and parts).
With over 15 years industry experience as an Electrician and having worked for a market leading appliance manufacturer in both technical and customer service roles, Appliance Fix director Kieron Bibby decided it was time to take the plunge and start his own company.
Kieron identified that there was a gap in the market for an Electrical Appliance Repair company that were not only technically astute but equally client focused.
With that in mind, Kieron started Appliance Fix and his goal was clear; to fill the gap in the market with a company whose:
- Charges were upfront and easy to understand
- Technicians arrive when they say they will
- Technicians are trained in customer service and were well presented
- First time fix rate was above 85%
