The cost of a service call is $199, this price includes a call out fee and 45 minutes of labour time. The majority of our jobs are completed within this initial 45 minute time frame, meaning most jobs only cost $199.

However, there are instances where during the initial diagnosis, it will be discovered that a part is required to complete the repair. If this is the case, our technician will quote you on the cost of the part and you can then decide whether you wish to proceed with the part order / continued repair.  If our technician is to return to fit the part, there will be no further call out fee, only the cost of labour  (if beyond the initial 30 minutes) additional labour is charged at $38.50 per 15 minutes.

Payment can be made by cash, credit card (Visa & Mastercard only) or bank transfer.

There is a 3 month warranty on labour, meaning if your appliance is to fail again with the same fault within 3 months, we will re-attend free of charge. There is a 12 month warranty on all parts.
