Heidelberg Heights Appliance Repairs

With over 15 years industry experience as an Electrician and having worked for a market leading appliance manufacturer in both technical and customer service roles, Appliance Fix director Kieron Bibby decided it was time to take the plunge and start his own company.

Kieron identified that there was a gap in the market for an Electrical Appliance Repair company that were not only technically astute but equally client focused.

With that in mind, Kieron started Appliance Fix and his goal was clear; to fill the gap in the market with a company whose:

• Charges were upfront and easy to understand
• Technicians arrive when they say they will
• Technicians are trained in customer service and were well presented
• First time fix rate was above 85%

At Appliance Fix, we have a proven track record of appliance repairs and servicing. In fact, our technicians have an 85% (and over) success rate when it comes to fixing appliances on the first go!

We can help you with any repairs or servicing you require, from dishwashers and ovens, to fridges and washing machines.

Not sure whether your appliance can be repaired? Our skilled technicians will attend for a single flat rate call out fee. From there, they can advise, complete repairs, or help you source and install a replacement appliance.
