Bosch Repairs East Melbourne

With over 15 years industry experience as an Electrician and having worked for a market leading appliance manufacturer in both technical and customer service roles, Appliance Fix director Kieron Bibby decided it was time to take the plunge and start his own company.

Kieron identified that there was a gap in the market for an Electrical Appliance Repair company that were not only technically astute but equally client focused.

With that in mind, Kieron started Appliance Fix and his goal was clear; to fill the gap in the market with a company whose:

• Charges were upfront and easy to understand
• Technicians arrive when they say they will
• Technicians are trained in customer service and were well presented
• First time fix rate was above 85%

One quick search and you will find a number of appliance repairers in your area, but which one do you choose? Our advice is to go with a company that has a proven history of first-time repairs and is committed to making the experience simple and low stress from beginning to end.

Appliance Fix director Kieron Bibby has that experience and dedication, driven by a clear vision and a wealth of understanding. Whether your appliance can be repaired, or whether it needs replacing, Kieron’s team can provide the service you need from beginning to end.
